Pereira and Dosquebradas are part of the Metropolitan area and they are the capital and the second most important city in Risaralda (Colombian Department). One of these two cities' boundary is the Otun river. Dosquebradas is called the Industrial city of Risaralda. Lying on the right side of the Otun River, at 04º50'26" North Latitude and 75º40'08" West Longitude.
